DEUS-X-MACHINA – A mind-blowing workshop on how AI might rule our world

Throughout human history, the idea of omniscient and omnipotent entities was reserved to goddesses and gods. They were able to judge, elevate and punish humans. The art project DEUS-X-MACHINA deals with the complex topic of religion and ethics.
DEUS provides a chatbot able to adopt different identities based on different religious and philosophical scriptures.
Since the DEUS project was started in 2020 5 students of the Uni.Lu with different religious backgrounds were involved in its development. Join us for a discussion on the technical challenges, ethics, morality and religions.
Saturday, June 25th, 10:30 – 18:00 – Uni.Lu goes Makerfaire-
As part of the outreach programs of Uni.Lu the DEUS project will be present at the makerfaire in Ettelbruck. Uni.Lu will present the DEUS software and dive into inspiring interactions with the creative scene in Luxembourg.
